Data Analyst - operations reporting (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Rook Financial is a financial-services company in Louisville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on account servicing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
