Data Analyst - operations reporting (Louisville, KY)

Nova River Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Louisville and nearby communities. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in water quality and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on treatment plant data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
