Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Quarry Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Little Rock. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in fare systems and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
