Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Umber Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
