Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Bright Pine Medical is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
