Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in Little Rock supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on donor records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
