Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Ivory Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Little Rock, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
