Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Meadow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Little Rock, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in training materials and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. • Python or R for analysis.
