Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Keystone Energy Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
