Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Ember Financial is a financial-services company in Little Rock, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Investigate trends in vendor spend and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
