Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Lakeside Legal Group provides legal services in Little Rock across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
