Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Corner Insurance and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in policy renewals and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer complaints. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
