Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Umber Transit Planning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in route schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on accessibility audits.
