Data Analyst - operations reporting (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Vale Markets Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
