Data Analyst - operations reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Yarrow Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals.
