Data Analyst - operations reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Quill Energy is an energy provider in Las Vegas focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on usage data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
