Data Analyst - operations reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Wilder Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Las Vegas caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
