Data Analyst - operations reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Las Vegas with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
