Data Analyst - operations reporting (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Union Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
