Data Analyst - operations reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality is a hospitality company in Knoxville with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
