Data Analyst - operations reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath Willow Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
