Data Analyst - operations reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Knoxville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
