Data Analyst - operations reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Maple Staffing places workers with employers around Knoxville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 654 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
