Data Analyst - operations reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Fox Medical Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
