Data Analyst - operations reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Ashton Hospitality Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 238 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
