Data Analyst - operations reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright River Financial Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account servicing.
