Data Analyst - operations reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Hollow Facilities looks after properties across the Jacksonville region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
