Data Analyst - operations reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Drift Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
