Data Analyst - operations reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Lakeside Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
