Data Analyst - operations reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Wren Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Jacksonville region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
