Data Analyst - operations reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Westbrook Vista Property Management Group is a Jacksonville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
