Data Analyst - operations reporting (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Harbor Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
