Data Analyst - operations reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Wren Farms Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
