Data Analyst - operations reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Lantern Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
