Data Analyst - operations reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Lantern Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
