Data Analyst - operations reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Pine Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Indianapolis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
