Data Analyst - operations reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Juniper Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Indianapolis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on field records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
