Data Analyst - operations reporting (Houston, TX)

Westbrook Juniper Inspection Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client sites and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
