Data Analyst - operations reporting (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Junction Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
