Data Analyst - operations reporting (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cedar Legal Group Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
