Data Analyst - operations reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Iron Construction is a Honolulu contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
