Data Analyst - operations reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Beacon Early Learning runs childcare centres in Honolulu caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
