Data Analyst - operations reporting (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Wren Energy Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on hardship programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
