Data Analyst - operations reporting (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Maple Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
