Data Analyst - operations reporting (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Granite Water Authority and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in treatment plant data and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
