Data Analyst - operations reporting (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Hartford with personal care and coordination, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
