Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Forge Transit Planning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in route schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on accessibility audits. • Python or R for analysis.
