Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fresno, CA)

Highbridge Stone Legal Group provides legal services in Fresno across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 236 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on document review. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
