Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Drift Environmental Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
