Data Analyst - operations reporting (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Harbor Facilities is a facilities company in Fresno with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
